We know diving is the thing nearly all guests come on trips with us for and we always do everything we can to make your underwater adventures as special as possible.
The knowledge of our dive guides means we can get you to the best spots at the best times and, hopefully, get the best sightings and experiences so you’re front and centre for the most awe-inspiring display beneath the waves.
But we are also well aware that time spent on a liveaboard holiday is not necessarily all about what goes on below the surface.
We try to put on additional treats to make the memories of your time with us about more than just diving.
One, hugely popular, example of this is our wonderful Maldivian beach barbecue. A fantastic evening that everyone remembers as a highlight of their trip.
On our Best of Maldives itinerary, we take our leave from the boat – swapping liveaboard for land – to take in one of the country’s beautiful small islands.
It could be somewhere like Dhigurah, in Ari Atoll, where our guests can look around, soak up the local culture and perhaps even collect a special souvenir or two.
Or it might be a largely uninhabited island, such as Meerufenfushi, that allows us to walk, swim, snorkel and explore on a real tropical paradise.
You can witness a masterpiece being created in the form of a magnificent sand sculpture of a manta or whaleshark and there might even be time for a game on the deserted beach.
Then, having stretched the legs, we sit down – at peace and undisturbed – with a relaxing drink to watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean before enjoying the delicious evening barbecue. An exquisite selection of meat and fish prepared especially for you by our great chefs and served along with a host of other mains, sides and, of course, delectable desserts.
Then, when night has arrived, we return to the liveaboard with hearts full and stomachs satisfied, carrying with us a magical memory to take home.
