A huge thank you to everyone at Emperor Diving School for helping my friend Pantelis and me complete our PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification!
We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our instructors, Taki and Ahmed, were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, a lot of fun to dive with. They made every dive enjoyable while ensuring we learned valuable skills and felt confident throughout the course.
We learned so much about buoyancy, navigation, deep diving, and overall dive safety, all while exploring the beautiful underwater world of the Red Sea. Their teaching style struck the perfect balance between being thorough and keeping things relaxed and enjoyable.

If there was 6 stars I would give 6 stars for the impeccable service that Krisna, Emma, Nyoman and team provided. Fuss free planning, friendly and knowledgable dive team, world class service and absolutely will return for my 3rd dive with Emperor Divers in Lembongan. Only sad thing was no Mola Mola was sighted 🥲
From the moment the crew met us at the harbor, until the moment they helped us into the prepaid taxis to the airport, it was 5 Star service. Our cruise directors Nihed and Phil were amazing. Their briefings were very thorough, yet still entertaining. Phil drew the most amazing dive site maps by hand. Our dive Master, Gustin, was amazing and pointed out things I didn’t even know were critters. Rio, Lee, and Andi anticipated our every need in the restaurant and made sure our glasses are always topped off. The kitchen staff cooked an amazing variety of dishes. Even the zodiac drivers made sure that we were well taken care of.
And the diving, I don’t even know where to start describing the diving. Raja and Pat is one of the best dive destinations in the world. I cannot recommend this boat highly enough.

We have a new favorite liveaboard, because our trip through Raja Ampat on the Emperor Harmoni was fantastic! The crew is outstanding and does everything they can to ensure that your journey is amazing. Phil’s dive briefings are very thorough and his drawings of the dive sites give you a great overview of the dive. Nihed’s evening update for what the next day will bring provides a great overview of where you’ll be going and what you’ll be doing. Our dive master, Gustin, is a gem. He found and pointed out so many cool things for us, and his joy of diving is evident. The dining staff (Rio and Lee) and the bartender (Andi), took good care of everyone during meals, and did a great job of anticipating what you wanted. Speaking of meals, we ate very well, and there were plenty of options at every meal. The rest of the crew were always there behind the scenes, ensuring that everything was running smoothly. From pickup at the airport to dropoff after the trip, everything was taken care of
We had a fantastic week with Emperor Divers port Ghalib. We will come back to this warm family!

Ich war für insgesamt 18 Tauchgänge mit Emperor Divers unterwegs.
Equipment:
BCD und Regulator habe ich mir dort ausgeliehen und war soweit zufrieden – dass es kein High End-Equipment ist, sollte klar sein; es war in einem gepflegten Zustand und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich wurde zudem zwischendurch gefragt, ob alles passt oder ich Teile für meine nächsten Tauchgänge austauschen möchte oder etwas zu beanstanden habe.
Tauchgänge/Unterwasserwelt/Locations:
Die Tauchgänge selbst haben mir die meiste Zeit großen Spaß gemacht, leider ist das Rote Meer nicht überall so farbenfroh und intakt, wie man es auf Bildern sieht; die Korallen sind stark beschädigt durch eine Hitzewelle/Erwärmung des Wassers vor einigen Jahren, wie man uns erklärt hat. Am besten hat es mir bei Elphinstone und Dolphin House gefallen.
Team/Staff:
Das Team ist freundlich und sehr bemüht (manchmal etwas zu sehr bemüht um gute Rezensionen, das scheint sich in Ägypten durchzuziehen), den Gästen ein gutes Erlebnis zu bieten. Ich würde es begrüßen, wenn häufiger und ernsthafter Kritik an den Gästen geübt wird, wenn diese sich während der Tauchgänge nicht an Grundregeln halten. Es sollte außerdem darüber nachgedacht werden, Gäste mit unzureichender Erfahrung nicht mit in die zum Teil beengten Höhlen mitzunehmen.
Preise:
Ich war das erste Mal in Ägypten tauchen und fand es teurer als erwartet. Insbesondere die Preise für das Schnorcheln (60-80€ je nach Ort) sind wirklich immens. Für Bootstauchgänge und Ausflüge zu anderen Hot Spots werden Aufpreise fällig.

Not long back from a fantastic 5 days of diving, completing our Avanced Open Water with Tracey, who was a brilliant instructor. As new divers she made sure we were comfortable and relaxed in the water, we covered everything and more, and had great fun whilst doing so. We also spent a couple of days boat diving with Dawn, Sayed and ZZ, all fantastic at what they and are a credit to Emperor Divers. Bonus points for making a fuss for my partners birthday to.
We can’t wait to come back and dive with you all again

I had an absolutely incredible experience on the Emperor Superior last week during the Northern Reefs & Wrecks tour and cannot recommend it highly enough.
I celebrated my birthday onboard, and the crew made it truly unforgettable. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a beautiful card signed by everyone in both English and Arabic. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture.
From the first day, I felt so comfortable and welcomed by this amazing crew. The diving was fantastic, the dive sites and organization were excellent, and the food was absolutely incredible. The service overall was outstanding, from the dive guides, to housekeeping, to the sailors helping with equipment and making sure everyone was taken care of.
The entire team worked so hard and always with kindness and a smile. They made this trip feel incredibly special. Thank you for making my birthday and this whole experience unforgettable. I would return without hesitation, truly a 5-star experience!

We had an amazing week on Emperor Superior during the Reefs and Wrecks tour.
We were a group of seven friends and everyone was extremely happy with the boat, the crew and the diving!
The airport transfer was easy.
The crew in particular was amazing, the dive guides were professional, friendly and always available.
The food was excellent, the tanks were always filled properly, the boat was kept clean.
The diving was great and the captain and boat manager always tried to avoid crowds when possible.
We were a group of seven friends and everyone was extremely happy with the boat, the crew and the diving!

We were on a trip to the Solomon Islands with Snorkel Venture. The trip, the Bilikiki, and especially the crew were wonderful. I accidentally injured myself on the trip and the crew bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure I missed no snorkel time! They were always professional and engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. A big thank you to Axel, Aida and Val!
