There is one thing we at Emperor love almost as much as diving – food.
As the old saying goes: Dive – Eat – Sleep – Repeat.
Anyone who has ever been on one of our boats – liveaboard or day – will tell you they are treated to an incredible selection of meals and the quality is always of the highest order. This is even more impressive when you consider the amount of space our chefs have to work in!
So, it will probably come as no surprise to be told plenty of thought and care goes into the planning and production of our menus. Which means we’re always quite proud when we update them.
We recently refreshed our menu across all Red Sea liveaboards – including post-dive comfort food, main meals, fresh salads, and desserts that never stick around for long!
The menu – as always – contains local and international dishes with vegetarian and vegan options always available too.
Some old favourites remain but there are also new dishes that have been introduced to make sure all our loyal returning guests get to try something different.
And we have already had a great response when we announced the menu on social media.

So while you may be coming for the diving and the incredible spectacle on offer in the Red Sea, and added bonus is that when you’re not in the water you will be enjoying that traditional excellent Emperor hospitality.
