Unlike some companies we will not charge you more than the fee you agree at booking. We include port fees, fuel surcharges, marine park fees and Nitrox in our up-front cost. That is not always the case and you might end up paying a lot more than the ‘bargain’ figure that initially pulled you in.

Dubai Airport was flooded and my luggage got lost. I was very worried but they picked up my call instantly when I got here in Maldives and helped me to get some equipment and clothing. They were on it. Should you be forced to make any changes to your trip we will do all we can to work with you. With a flexible cancellation policy, we will try to sort out any problems you might have without causing a drama.
Likewise, we have payment plans in place should you wish to spread the cost of your trip over a number of months. All you need to do is ask and we’ll put the plan together for you.
We recommend payments are made using a credit card. There are the obvious benefits such as the convenience, any protection it offers you and also the potential travel insurance your agreement might offer.
Add to that we charge no fee for using a credit card and your money is held in a client account until your holiday takes place, giving you peace of mind.
