Food is very important to us – as anyone who has spent time on an Emperor Divers boat will know.
We understand the need for boosting everyone’s energy after a day of diving but also want the dining experience on board to be a special one.
And it seems we do a pretty good job as four out of five guests last year told us the food on their trip was ‘Excellent’ while very nearly 100% described it as either ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’ in our Red Sea feedback forms.
All our food is cooked fresh and created with passion by our onboard chefs. Guests and staff alike are constantly amazed at what they manage to produce in such a small galley!
As we take catering so seriously, we are very happy to show off the new 2023 menu for our Red Sea boats.
Guests get breakfast, lunch and dinner and we’ve worked hard to ensure there is a proper, tasty vegetarian/vegan option available at each meal time. These options are so delicious and often so healthy that they are the most popular dish onboard!
Specific dietary preferences will be catered for – as, of course, will any allergy requirements – and if there is something else you fancy trying, well, just ask.
Expect a treat in store on day six when, to celebrate the penultimate night on board, our chefs put together a special feast with their own added touches to enable everyone to celebrate the trip.
