Emperor Sharm is located at the Helnan Marina Sharm Hotel in Naama Bay – just a minute’s walk to the jetty from where the daily boats depart.
There are many hotels within walking distance of the centre. For those staying farther afield, free transfers are provided to and from your hotel. If you are staying within walking distance of the dive centre we’ll happily also collect you on your first day to help with the dive bags – but please let us know in advance if you require collection.
Our team will do everything to make your holiday as stress free as possible, we will do all the moving of your equipment between the boats and the centre so you can relax after the diving at the Diver’s Bar next door!

PADI Courses
As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre we are at the very top when it comes to training and offer a full range of courses from Learn to Dive to Open Water and Advanced. We also have international internship options for those looking to go professional and put their fins into the diving industry right away!
Our instructors and guides have been diving around Sharm for many years and know the sites inside-out. We are professional, friendly and ready to look after you as your safety and enjoyment are our main priority.
Training takes place in our air-conditioned classrooms and our instructors speak a range of languages including English, German, Dutch, French (Italian and Spanish upon availability – please check to make sure at the time of booking).
Getting to Sharm El Sheikh
It’s very easy to get to our dive centre in Sharm El Sheikh either independently or booking with one of the major tour operators providing great value holidays from many European airports. If you’re coming from further afield, then regular domestic flight connections from Cairo to Sharm (SSH) are available with Egypt Air. Most hotels are within a 30-minute taxi ride of the airport and some hotels offer a shuttle service.
Today Sharm is a well-developed resort that offers a wide variety of hotels and our free transfer service means you are free to choose any of them. Our reservations team live in Egypt so please ask them for any local information to make your travel plans easier.
