Thank you to all at Emperor Divers for the superb time I had at Sharm. Unfortunately I was unable to claim the full 5 days diving LIDS prize win, due to an injury but with Sara’s invaluable assistance at the dive centre, I was able to fit in 3 day's diving. The weather was kind to us at Tiran and our guides Denis and Pete were able to take us around to the north side of Jackson Reef and show us the fantastic corals there, these Denis assures us “are up there with the best” and they were truly magnificent. My final days diving was a trip to Ras Mohammed National Park which always has something special to offer. Current changes encouraged us to enter at Satellite Reef and drift towards Yolanda instead of the usual entry of Shark to Yolanda, and true to form just below the surface, in the first few minutes of the dive we spotted a large Manta Ray approximately 10 meters away from us, it certainly made up for the lost dives.

Marsa Alam: Our tourists are very happy. Diving was interesting. Thanks for your caring. Everything was excellent.

El Gouna. Please pass on my thanks to the crew of the Sea Dream in particular, Brucey baby, the best, and most observant dive guide I have had the pleasure of diving with and without whom I would never have seen my 1st red sea octopus or countless scorpion and stone fish hiding in the reefs that he seemed to magically produce from within the reefs. Also Evaline, Kelly and Terry and the guys assisting on the boat who together made my stay with you very enjoyable, and you can be sure that my next red sea diving trip will be booked with yourselves, allbeit in Marsa alam next time. Sharm: 1-1 Diving, Awesome Staff, Great Location! I spent 2 days diving with Emperor Divers, and I must say I was very impressed! The dive school provide a free pick up and return from your hotel, which saves you getting dodgy taxi's! My first day diving with them was spent with just myself and an instructor doing 3 shore dives of my choice! The second day was spent on the boat, where we dived Ras Mohammed NP, which again was very well organised, and the food was varied and ample! The trip was fantastic and much of the thanks goes to your Team Emperor in Marsa Alam. I have been diving since 2002 and had my first experience with Emperor in Marsa in 2004. I promoted Emperor and Marsa and as a result the dive centre now travels to you at least twice a year with large groups. My experience of Emperor is one of enthusiasm, safety, excellent diving knowledge, incredible guide diving skills, great boat crews, good day boats and fleet boats, and a very professional diving company. Emperor knock some other dive businesses I have dived with into oblivion.

Sincere thanks to you and your team (Sharm) for making the students from Rougemont School so welcome. Having dived with Emperor Sharm for several years now, arriving at the centre always feels like returning to old friends. Sarah’s infectious enthusiasm and complete professionalism instantly bonded her with the group, giving my students the confidence to progress; all were bitten by the scuba bug within a few days. The last day’s diving was optional and testament to Sarah’s hard work that all but one of the students chose to complete both dives that day; with the last dive being a rather enjoyable drift with turtles, large moray eels and a feisty trigger fish. Dolphins bow riding the boat capped off one of the best Red Sea dive days I have personally experienced. Even though I have run this school trip several times, the superb diving, the welcome by the crews and the experiences given to my students exceeded my expectations; the best yet! Rougemont School will certainly be back.

Emperor Divers,Sharm.Returned a couple of weeks ago after an absence of 4 Years.As before, we booked to dive with ED and were greatly reassured to find that, apart from a change of location, nothing had changed! Same old quietly efficient and friendly organisation, same old ultra-professional (but relaxed and laid back) dive guides, same old,charming, friendly and attentive boat crews - what more could we want? Shame though to see Sharm so quiet. So where were all the fearless and intrepid Brits, divers and non-divers? If a couple of old fogeys like us were not put off by the (as usual) hysterical British media, surely a few more of our compatriots could find their way to Sharm? (which was never anywhere near the troubles). There are great deals to be had on the airlines and in the hotels! So get off your backsides and get on out to Sharm el Sheikh - you will not be disappointed.

A massive thank you to all the staff at Marsa Alam for an amazing weeks diving. Amazing Reefs, Corals, Dolphins, Reef Sharks & Hammer Heads to finish the week off. Also a special mention to the boat crew on Pegasus who were excellent!

Thank you for a very enjoyable 6 day dive package at Emperor Hurghada. It would be unfair to pick out any of your staff for special praise because everybody involved, guides, shore staff, admin staff and boat crew were always very helpful and friendly. The whole operation gave us great confidence in the safety awareness and professionalism of all involved. Thanks for a most enjoyable holiday.

Just a quick note to yet again say a BIG thank you to all the staff at Emperor Sharm. We have just returned home after a great week of the most chilled out diving I’ve had in a long time. The only thing I can moan about is the fact we only saw the massive Leopard shark once, we went looking for him on the next day in the same place as well, but he’d moved, some people on our boat in the second wave saw him but we missed him/her? And if that’s all I can moan about you must be doing something right! All the staff at Emperor are so friendly, even if they are not your guide they say hi, talk to you, welcome you etc, wonderful. Just looking forward to our liveaboard experience this coming October over in Hurghada this time, but again with Emperor. Most of my group have not done this before so it will be something new for them. I have, and I’m already looking forward to it. A massive thank you again, and I’m already planning next year’s day boat diving holiday, bet you can’t guess where?

A big thank you on behalf of Barbara and myself for the service you provided during our stay at the Movenpick. Special thanks to Dolphin (keep an eye open for those turtles!) for his patience in getting me through the AOW and also to Mark and Mahmood for their help & support during the diving excursions (have received pictures of the dolphins(attached), taken by Simon Jordan in our first week, what a bonus!) Alex and the others at central reservations - thanks for all your help, the NTS pick up & return were fantastically efficient. Never got through an airport so quickly! Will certainly be back with you all soon and hope that you have a great summer season

We last stayed at the Movenpick in El Gouna two years ago and chose to return to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. There has been a significant programme of improvement at the hotel, which is still ongoing, but is not at all intrusive. We booked a dive package with Emperor Divers, who are based at the hotel. The dive centre used to be run by Dive Tribe, who were a great outfit. Most of the staff remain the same, and the transition to Emperor has not changed the excellent service. There has clearly been some capital investment from Emperor. The staff are friendly and the boat crew are really good to the divers, helping them with their scuba gear after a dive. The resort was extremely quiet when we visited. It seems that the civil unrest in Cairo is keeping tourists away from the Red Sea resorts but I can assure anyone who is unsure about travelling that El Gouna has been completely unaffected by the troubles in Cairo.

I would like to complement Alex Siddal who has demonstrated professionalism of the highest standard, I have sent many e-mail enquiries and Alex had made the whole process easy, stress free and extremely friendly, well done Alex and Emperor. I will post my comments on your web-site if you have the facility for me to do so. Finally, thank you for your prompt and efficient service. I've had yet another great experience booking with Emperor and look forward to booking with you again.

We've recently returned from Marsa Alam after spending a fantastic 6 days diving (15th - 20th April) aboard Empress Amy as part of the Dive90 group from Cheltenham . I don't often feel compelled to put (virtual) pen to paper but just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who looked after us on Amy but especially to "magic pinnacle" Tracy. An operator can have the best dive sites in the world, the best boats and the best hotels but at the end of the day what makes or breaks a holiday is normally the people. Tracy 's enthusiasm was infectious and her dive briefings were informative and entertaining! Underwater Tracy was supportive and attentive to the inexperienced yet gave the more adventurous the freedom to do their own thing; all the while making the effort to point out everything of interest. Not once did we feel like herded sheep. In summary an all round excellent dive guide.

Just a note to say a big thank-you to all at Emperor Dive Tribe at the Movenpick, El Gouna, 8th-15th April. Cheerful, Informative, Professional, your pleasure is their business. All the team is awesome, welcome letter at check-in, rental gear is excellent. Thanks again to, Terry, Jelly, Kiwi Dan, FBI Dave, and Brucie Babe.

We have been to the Movenpick, El Gouna, on five previous occasions and always used the Dive Tribe. The move to Emperor was seamless. Much praise is given to Matt and the onsite land team for their politeness and attention to customer service from start to finish. Praise must be given to 'Bruce' who did everything he could possibly do to make the diving for us and our customers, unforgettable. His humour and attention to safety detail accompanied with experience and professionalism cannot be faulted. For us, he helped to make the experience on every site a wonder of all wonderfulness. From one PADI professional to another my thoughts are that he is truly an asset to the profession and the company to which he works. Our customers would second that. We are always tentative when we take a group of our customers on holiday for their first time experience. We needed not to have worried. All of them want to return to the same hotel with the same dive team.

El Gouna: I've lost count of the times we have visited Egypt diving but have just returned from a superb week in El Gouna; all the staff were great making for an easy and superb weeks diving in a very nice resort – we even made Abu Nuhas as part of the daily diving.

Marsa Alam (Port Ghalib): Thank you all for another great diving holiday. Once again the diving was fantastic. You have a great team of people, who really go out of their way to make sure everyone is well looked after. I love the fact you can finish breakfast and then it's just 20 yards to the boat; diving couldn't get any easier. The quality of diving, the amazing price and the ease are probably why I've made three trips in less than a year! I would (and do) recommend Emperor Marsa Alam to all divers that I know.

El Gouna: A great week's diving; very impressed with the level of care and professionalism of the team and thoroughly enjoyed all the dives. From the moment we were checked in until the end of the week it was great to feel as if my holiday was the most important thing and that nothing was too much trouble.

Sharm: I just finished my diving holiday where I did twenty-five dives with you and although I was extremely wary of booking with such a large organization, I have to say that from start to finish the service from Emperor Divers - administration and practical - was exceptional. The professionalism and the friendliness of your organization was second to none. I will with pleasure dive with you again and recommend you to anybody interested.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of your reservations team for their help and assistance, not just with our recent problems following the snow in the UK but with all the services you provided in booking our previous trip in Feb 2009 and this trip. Any queries have been quickly, efficiently and politely dealt with and the whole booking procedure worked very smoothly. Both my wife and I are pleased to say that your reservations team were very helpful and polite and dealt with our queries quickly with good information. Maybe the holiday companies and airlines should be contacting you for customer care tips! Sharm: Thanks once again for a lovely visit and making my holiday stress free. All of your staff were friendly and polite, full of information and a great help to all of us. The transportation was spot on. The boats were clean / tidy and well equipped for all of our needs for ages 10 – 49. Your instructors were comforting and reassuring. This is the second time we have used Emperor and will definitely be using you again and recommending you to others.

Hurghada: You are all so friendly, helpful, professional and most important, a good laugh. The dive sites are all full of life and colour. There is a good chance of seeing something different on every dive. They have good trips, I did Abu Dabab where I saw my first green sea turtle. A night dive is a must - so many different types of marine life. I had a lot of firsts: green sea turtles, free swimming giant moray eels and a free swimming octopus, which also changed colour before my eyes.

We picked Emperor for our holiday because of their location and offer at the Birmingham dive show. We had booked our flights and the 2 for 1 offer if booked on the day was amazing value. We found a great dive operation which we will be using again. Hany and Keith were fantastic and the boat crew were very efficient, cannot fault a thing.

Sharm: We had an absolutely fantastic time and loved every minute of it. We couldn't figure out what to do with our day off so ended up booking ourselves onto a snorkelling trip with Oceans Red Sea which was great.

Sharm: I'm on cloud 9, no make that 10, with how enjoyable it was. Pete W was a fantastic guide and extremely patient with me. I managed to achieve conquering a fair few issues I've always had with diving now and am dying to go back out there. Nat and I also did our first night dive which was surreal - I've never seen a parrotfish asleep before!

Nuweiba: This is now my fifth holiday diving in the Red Sea, and the only one that has inspired me to join a diving club on my return to the UK, for the first time since 1989.

Hurghada: Booked my dives for 2010 with Emperor Divers, I was not sure how it was going to go as this was my first time with them. For all of you out their feeling the same let me put your mind at rest. This company have covered all bases. My kit was ready on board for every dive; the dive leaders were at hand to answer any of my concerns and had very good knowledge of all the reefs we visited. I did not get to dive some of the wrecks that I had in mind, however this was soon forgotten when we were about to dive the last reef of the day and my last dive in Hurghada when we were told by the captain of the boat that we had visitors – DOLPHINS – My wife Lisa quickly put her mask and fins on and jumped in to what would be her first time swimming with dolphins. We were soon kitted up and joining her. Money or the best dive planner in the world could not have done this any better. I still have a grin from ear to ear.

Hurghada: The weather was good and Emperor Divers did a very, very good job. But one BIG thanks for Hilde. Without her it was a different week. We all (10 pers) can't thank her enough. The sun was shining but on the boot and underwater she was shining more.

Sharm: Thank you to the Reservations team for your help and prompt replies. If it wasn’t for you I may not have used Emperor for my diving and would have missed out on a well organised and safe establishment. I’ve dived in a quite a few places now and have never found one as good as Emperor – well done to everyone. Unfortunately I didn’t take to the heat as well as I thought and consequently missed out on a few of my booked dives. Emperor tried to accommodate alternative dates but I just couldn’t do it, but I do have a voucher to cover the ones I lost.

As a regular visitor to Nuweiba, I would like to say how impressed I was with the new managers. It was a tough act to follow after Steffie and Andy and Jim and Ute. Chris and Noleen have taken on the role with an enthusiastic and professional approach, while making the experience fun, which far exceeded my expectations. I would also like to mention Geof and Monika the new instructors who's enthusiastic approach to the job is first rate. I intend to make two more visits this year.

I have just returned from a week's diving at Sharm and I would just like to pass on my thanks to Elise, who was our dive guide for the entire week. The diving experience was totally enhanced by her personable, friendly and thoroughly professional approach and it was a pleasure to be in her company for the week. In addition the set-up at the Emperor centre added to the enjoymen, and I would have no delay in recommending Emperor to anyone considering diving in Sharm.

It's not often that I have a reason to put 'pen to paper' or 'finger to keyboard'. On this occasion, however, I feel justified in doing so. I have just returned from a week at Sharm el Sheikh and was diving with Emperor out of Naama Bay. I would just like to say how impressed I was with your team at the dive centre and the high standard of the boats and crew. Nobody could have been more helpful. A special mention must go to our dive guide Roger Jenkins. With his knowledge, humour and above all his professionalism, he is a credit to your company. Many thanks for a marvellous 5 day's diving and be assured that I and the other 3 divers in the party will not hesitate to use or recommend Emperor in the future.

The trip to El Gouna was fabulous, lovely place; it was good to see Mat again as well. The guides were amazing too, Dolphin and Brucie they are really 2 in a million and a real asset to the team at Emperor Dive Tribe. Long may they stay as part of the team. Boat crew was good too. We are now definitely looking to get a group trip together to go back Sept / Oct time this year as it’s nice and quiet and there are a few people we know that would enjoy this diving.

I returned from my holiday in Sharm last week and can't praise Emperor, their staff, their boats and quality of instruction enough. I had the most wonderful time and am now completely hooked - looking forward to next time!

Just want to say thank to the Reservations Team at Emperor Divers. Both Carmen and Lianne were quick, helpful & professional. Both my husband I had been looking forward to our diving holiday with Emperor Divers in Marsa Alam but because of the flight disruptions due to the volcano in Iceland we were unable to fly out on the designated date. Because of the infrequent flights to Marsa Alam from the UK it was difficult to find an available alternate flight which worked in with other commitments, however once we where able to Lianne was very prompt in replying to my emails, which enabled me to book flights knowing that Emperor Divers would transfer my holiday to a date that matched the flights available. If Emperor Divers are all as efficient as their reservation services staff, I am confident in having a fantastic holiday.

Regarding your reservations process, please accept my congratulations in providing what must be the best online booking system that I have encountered in the world of diving. I found it very understandable, easy to complete and where necessary, simple to alter. Well done! Additionally, the confirmation by the email below and the queries made support a humanised IT process, something that is not at all common these days.
