Hurghada - Day Diving Trips
- Standard diving in Hurghada includes 2 boat dives per day with guide, tanks and weights.
- All dives are weather dependent.
- 3rd dives can be purchased on the boat.
- Approximate duration is 0800 to 1600-1700 depending on the sites visited.
- If you haven't dived for a while, then we recommend you take a scuba review as required by your training organisation.
Day trips (some of the dives included in dive package price and visited on a rotational basis)
All sites are weather dependent. Trips don't include lunch or drinks.
- El Fanous East: Also known as Dolphin Reef and Torfa El Fanous, which means 'reef with a beacon', it's located about half an hour from Hurghada. This reef forms a horseshoe shape with three small ergs are resident to glassfish and full of colorful soft corals with deep crevasses-great for photography.
- El Fanadir: Located just north of Hurghada, this reef has a slight curve in it and is marked by four low lying rocky formations. A shallow hard coral covered wall gradually slopes to a sandy ledge at 12 metres becoming narrower until finally dropping off at about 25 metres.
- Abu Galawa: means the sweet father and is named by the fisherman as the reef provides a safe haven in rough seas.

What you could see beneath the sea:
Parrot fish, angelfish, butterflyfish, clownfish, emperorfish, barracuda, tuna, turtles, Napoleon wrasse, moray eels, stingrays, dolphins, possibly whale sharks and manta rays.
