IMPORTANT DIVING INFORMATION
Red Sea Association rules state that all divers in the Red Sea mainland Egypt (Hurghada & Marsa Alam) must complete a Self Declaration Medical Form before diving.
Please download your Self Declaration Medical Form here.
If you do have any of the medical conditions listed, signed clearance from a doctor will be required.
You will need to complete this and hand it to the dive centre or dive guide before diving.
How to Book
Booking your diving with Emperor Divers is both secure and easy.
- Go to our enquiry form and send us your request. We will email you as soon as possible with the options available. Alternatively, you can call General Reservations on the number shown here.
- Once you are happy with a proposal we will send you a "Confirmation email" with a booking number and the agreed amount to pay.
- You can then pay with your credit card using our secure payment partners Barclays Merchant Service and Secure Hosting. Instructions will be provided in the "Confirmation email".
Alternatively you can transfer the money to our UK bank account. Please request the bank details if you wish to do this.
- When payment is received, we will send you a voucher by email.
It's that easy...and you're in control!
Refund Policy
In order to confirm a booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total cost of your booking. The balance of your payment is required to be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of your arrival at the resort.
Once your booking is confirmed, should you require us to cancel it at any time for any reason, your deposit (or 35% of the full payment) can be held by us on your account, to be used as part-payment for a future booking you may wish to make. Deposits cannot be refunded nor exchanged. If you feel there is no possibility that you will make a future booking, you will therefore forfeit your deposit.
Once you advise us that you wish to book, we will hold your course or boat slot(s) for a maximum of five days, to allow you time to send us your deposit (or the full cost of your reservation if you are booking within 30 days from the date of you arrival at the resort). If we have not received your payment at the end of that five-day period, you will be deemed to have not confirmed and your course and/or boat slot(s) will be deemed to have been released by you. Thereafter, any payment received from you will be considered as a new booking request and will be accepted only as subject to availability at that time.
Any service booked with Emperor which is cancelled in resort (for any reason) will not be refunded. We can however offer a voucher for the diving/course booked (or the monetary value) to use with Emperor Divers in the future. This voucher would be valid for all of our diving resorts and valid for 1 year from the date of your visit.
If you do not wish to make any payment prior to arrival in resort then we are unable to guarantee course or boat slots and any bookings will therefore be arranged and paid for once in resort at our full retail rates + sales tax.
