These free-of-charge training programmes are designed to take the Divemaster, Assistant Instructor or Instructor candidate through the work experience option. It will give the candidate the possibility to get working experience in guiding certified divers and training student divers. The candidate has the opportunity of working first-hand with students in different diving courses and on the dive boats along-side our experienced professional instructors and dive guides in a busy Red Sea resort location catering for many different dive environments. They will also have the opportunity to learn the day-to-day running of a busy, top-class, resort dive centre in the Red Sea.
The internship will enable you to gain practical experience in guiding and teaching, learn different methods from our instructors and get to know the dive sites, all of which will make it easier for you to find work in the diving industry. You can start your internship at any stage from Divemaster onwards. It can be taken in one part or can be broken down and taken in several parts. We recommend starting the internship already before taking your IDC to get more practical experience. The costs for the course you are taking are the same with or without the internship programme, and there are no additional charges for the boat dives if you are helping and it is part of your internship except park fees and lunch.
Free 'Job Placement Scheme'
