Job opportunity with Emperor - Sharm El Sheikh

Operations Manager - Emperor Divers Sharm El Sheikh.

Emperor Divers is seeking a highly organised and self motivated individual for the Operations Manager role in the Sharm El Sheikh Diving Centre.

This challenging role is a non-diving position but a thorough knowledge of diving, particularly maintenance of standards, is essential and the successful candidate will be certified as Divemaster or higher level.

The ideal candidate will have excellent all round management skills and experience in a fast moving environment.

Reporting to the Dive Centre Manager, the Operations Manager's prime
responsibilities wil be:

Coordinating and planning all daily diving and instruction at one of Sharm's busiest dive centres.
Ensuring that the highest level of customer service are maintained at all times.
Management and motivation of the diving team.
Maximising all business opportunities to ensure that Emperor remain at the forefront of the Red Sea diving world.
