Superior service - and not just diving!

Thanks to the high professionalism of your staff we spent two beautiful weeks in the Red Sea.

Here's a satisfied customer who kindly took the time to email us. But please don't let this happen to you!

My name is Martina and I dived in August with Emperor in Sharm (like I have for the last three years).

Thanks to the high professionalism of your staff we spent two beautiful weeks in the Red Sea, but the reason I'm writing is because I would really like to thank Sameh (an Egyptian guide from your Sharm Staff) for the help he gave me in a very difficult situation - I forgot my bag on a bus and somebody stole my passport, money, credit cards, phone...so a small tragedy!

Only thanks to the personal courage and fairness of Sameh, who spent one entire night solving the problem, were we able to have everything back.

We enjoyed very much all our trips and we hope you will always have such professional guides in your staff.

Warm Regards
Martina Bassani

Paul and Lisa say farewell to Fraser

Many of Emperor's guests will be saddened to hear that Paul and Lisa, long-time dive guide/instructors on Fraser, have had to leave the boat due to medical problems with Lisa's ears.

However, every cloud has its silver lining and they will both be staying with Emperor - Paul will now be the dedicated Tekstreme instructor for Hurghada and Lisa will be joining the Safari department with special duties including guest relations and safari logistics. We are sure that all those who have had the real pleasure to dive with Paul and Lisa will wish them both well in their future careers with Emperor.

Marsa Alam - dugongs, turtles and quiet diving

Emperor Divers' full service PADI Five Star Gold Palm resort centre in Marsa Alam offers daily boat diving to the famous reefs of Elphinstone, Shab Marsa Alam and Ras Abu Dahbab, to name just a few.

Dennis the Dugong makes a regular appearance at one of the shore dive sites here, but if Dennis doesn't show, then divers will be equally delighted with the excellent condition of the coral and just how few divers there are on any site.

More often than not, the dive team sees really big turtles and often Guitar sharks, so plenty to fire the senses in Marsa Alam!

Regional flights direct to Red Sea

A reminder that you don't have to trek to Gatwick to fly to the warm climes of the Red Sea.

Regional departures now operate for 2004 from Manchester, Newcastle, Luton and Glasgow. So lots of options to enjoy some warm-water diving. Now there's a welcome thought as the autumn closes in!
