Emperor Divers' wins 'Gold' from guests

They say the biggest accolade is word of mouth recommendation and thanks to guests of Emperor Divers, one of the Red Sea’s oldest and most trusted names, has achieved Excellence in Customer Service from Feefo.
Feefo is a customer feedback tool used by household names such as the BBC and Charles Tyrwhitt as well as Emperor Divers. 
“It’s entirely independent and monitors guests' feedback on the service they have received from us and then shows them online for all to see - whatever the comment, good or bad. Fortunately, we score 98% positive feedback across all our Red Sea dive centres,” explains Mike Braun, Emperor Divers’ General Manager.
Feefo has recognised Emperor’s Excellence in Customer Service with the inaugural Gold Trusted Merchant accreditation.
